David V. Bogdan graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law. In law school, Mr. Bogdan interned for the Honorable Judge Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Judge Kevin J. Carey for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served on Villanova's Civil Justice Clinic, providing free legal representation to low-income clients in a variety of civil matters, including Social Security disability contests and custody disputes.
Mr. Bogdan worked for four years as a litigation attorney at McGivney & Kluger, PC handling the defense of toxic tort and general liability matters. He then served as a litigation attorney at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, & Courtney, PC, for a year, handling similar cases before opening his own general practice law firm. He has been successfully representing clients on his own since 2012 and his practice has grown with each passing year.
Mr. Bogdan currently serves as an arbitrator resolving disputes for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also provides free representation to low-income clients through the Philadelphia VIP organization. His pro bono work has included landlord/tenant disputes, civil forfeiture cases, citizenship/naturalization applications and quiet title actions, among others.
